We ship with UPS, FedEx and Global Express Mail . We are subject to UPS & FedEX standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you wish a Saturday delivery, please contact us for information on additional charges. Mimi & Moi makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your purchase and your location and will be automatically added to your order. Please note that the shipping cost added at the time of check out is just an estimate and may be adjusted +/- depending on the weight and your location. You will be emailed a final confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Any changes to the cost of shipping will be included on a final confirmation email.
International Orders
International orders are shipped through with Global Express Mail, which gives tracking capabilities. This is a 3-5 day service for international. Please choose International at check out.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
How do I exchange or return an Item?
Mimi & Moi wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 7 days from the receiving date, minus the shipping charges.
Please note that the return must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

RETURNING STEPS:
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. Returns must be postmarked within 5 calendar days from the date of issue of the RMA, or will not be accepted. RMA# expire 5 days after being issued.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

You will be given a Return Authorization Number, which must accompany the item(s) being returned and all the instructions to quickly return the item.All products being returned must be authorized and reference an RMA # on the return packing list
Return items must be shipped back via a service that provides a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, DHL) or insured Priority Mail. We cannot be responsible for items lost on the way back to us. We do not reimburse shipping charges. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.
GOOD CONDITION:
Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Mimi-et-Moi must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before the can be accepted for a refund or exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed.
By wearing the product the first time, our refund policy is voided. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO ALTERATIONS, ODORS (SWEAT, PERFUME, SMOKE, PETS ETC), and ALL tags must be attached and free of any defects.
Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped the return policy is in effect. |
